• All template and site work is done with originally designed graphics or graphics purchased that allow for resale under their liscencing agreement.  Any graphics you provide must be your original creations or legally liscenced to you for use.

  • Templates and graphic elements may not be reused on multiple sites.  If you intend to use elements from your template on a site, or elements from a site I have built on a template, you must re-purchase that graphic element.  If you violate this, you may be violating the terms of service under which your original graphic element was purchased.  As a result you will be reported to the graphic distributor and I will no longer be able to do work for you.

  • All custom designs and logos are my intellectual property until final payment has been made.  If you cancel a project, I reserve the right to sell any designs that have been created during the course of the project.  I will retain any deposits and apply them to work completed.  If billable hours are less than what has been paid, a refund will be issued for the over payment only.

  • You may not resell any templates, custom designs, logos, banners, buttons or graphics that have been purchased from SouthernDevelopments.

  • Large project such as full site designs require a 1/3 deposit, 1/3 payment upon approval of the visual concept for the site and the final 1/3 upon completion.

  • Custom listing designs may require pre-payment in full.

  • All designs require a reciprocal text link in a font no larger than 8 pt and of  a font color complimentary to your design.  Removal of this link is a violation of the Terms of Service.

  • These Terms are a brief listing and are not meant to replace the SouthernDevelopments Graphic Design Contract.

  • Annual site hosting fee payments have a 15 day grace period.  Monthly hosting fees have a grace period of 10 days.  Fees not paid by the end of your grace period will result in temporary removal of your site.  Sites with hosting 30 days or more past due will be deleted.
